RETURNS/EXCHANGES
SHAFFER LA wants you to love your purchase, so if something is not right - just let us know.  We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange your purchase for another item from the SHAFFER LA Collection.  Remember, time is of the essence and we will only accept exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered.  Please be fair to us and remember all items sent to us must be unworn, unused and in the original condition we sent the item to you in.  SHAFFER LA has the right to refuse any item returned for exchange that doesn’t meet our standard return requirements.  

To exchange your purchase, please contact Returns@ShafferLA.com with your name, contact information, order number and what item you would like to exchange the returned item for.  All exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Without contacting us prior to your return, we will not accept your exchange. Sorry, don’t be mad.  

Please allow up to one week for processing your exchange. (we will try be as quick as possible to get your new exchanged item sent) 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order any time before your order has shipped by contacting us at info@ShafferLA.com.  Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and at that moment, we are unable to cancel your order and you are subject to our Return/Exchange Policy. 

DEFECT/DAMAGED ITEMS
At SHAFFER LA we work to ensure all items are thoroughly checked before shipping, but if there are any issues, we ask that you notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the product. We will make sure to process and fix any issues as soon as possible at our expense. Returns that do not comply with our criteria outlined above will be at our discretion to repair. Sorry, there are shady people in the world who often try to lie.  I know…sad, right? 

PLEASE READ: 
All SHAFFER LA products are made by hand in Los Angeles. Please be aware products are not always entirely free of workmanship errors and to eliminate the possibility of error product getting to our customers, we look at each product for quality before it is shipped.  SHAFFER LA is committed to eliminating waste in production and therefore use all parts of hides when making bags; there may be a slight variation in color or grain as a result. Simply put, each bag is unique and natural leather gets better with age, just like women. 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE: 
SHAFFER guarantees the quality of the bags we manufacturer and sell via ShafferLA.com website.  Many products, do wear out with regular use. If the structural function of the bag malfunctions, we will repair the defects at no cost to the customer as long as we are contacted within one year from the date of purchase of the product.   If you get tipsy and spill wine on your bag or your friend uses your Greta it as a pillow and stains it with her drool and hot pink lipstick, we can’t help you.  Cosmetic issues are not covered under our Return/Exchange policy.
